David Krolikowski has written a number of papers and articles and presented multiple webinars providing guidance regarding rent relief arrangements for commercial leases with respect to COVID-19. 

In addition, our team has:

  • acted for a range of landlords and tenants in respect of complex negotiations regarding rent relief arising as a result of the impacts of COVID-19;

  • advised and supported a national retail association regarding collective bargaining with major shopping centre owners, developers and managers;

  • participated in mediations held by the Victorian Small Business Commissioner dealing with rent relief claims.
